Proposed Stadium + 4000 Houses at Gamston – The impact on our Village
The FA are thinking about Nottingham being a World Cup venue because Nottingham has bid to be one of 12 cities that would host matches if England is chosen to host the 2018 or 2022 World Cup. If Nottingham is to host World Cup matches then, according to its bid to the FA, a new stadium will need to be built in Rushcliffe
Tollerton parish Council, along with other Parish Councils are opposed to this development on the grounds of intrusion into the green belt and the traffic implications.
